Workout 98
5 Rounds for Time (or not):
14 Dumbbell Step Ups (40/20lbs)
10 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (40/20lbs)
20 Sledgehammer Strikes or Ball Slams
*For time or not, the work still needs to get done. If no dumbbells available, grab a hose back and sub the squat cleans with regular weighted squats. No spot to use a sledgehammer? Grab some old hose and to hose slams. Still have an excuse, do jumping jacks instead. Throw out the excuses and get to it.
Workout Tips: You can’t start the work if you can’t get in. With every strike, remember there is a purpose to this. There is someone on the other side that needs you to be ready. Don’t just go through the motions, prepare.
