Fan Bike Calories with a partner:

50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10

Partner 1 will bike 50 calories. Once complete, partner 2 will do the same thing. This should provide you with a 1:1 work to rest ratio for the workout. Continue in the same way for the rest of the calories.

*Try setting the pace so your partner is forced to try and keep up. Write down your times and who went first. The next time you challenge your partner, switch who goes first to keep things competitive.

Why: Do this job for a day and it becomes quite clear how competitive every aspect of it becomes. This is a more constructive way of doing it. A little friendly competition never hurt anybody, right?
