Fan Bike Sprint Workout
7 Rounds of:
Fan Bike max effort for half a mile (800m).
Rest as needed after each effort.
Repeat this process 7 times. If you really feel like crushing yourself, go for 10 rounds.
*Each half mile is timed and written in your workbook and on the station gym’s whiteboard. The goal of the workout is consistency and to try and improve on the half mile effort with every go.
Workout Tips: Repetition is the key to success. Anyone can get lucky once, it’s those that keep coming back for more and continue to prove themselves that earn the respect of their peers.
