Working Fire
Workout 88
7 Rounds for Time:
15 Calorie Row
5 Clean and Jerks (155/115lbs)
*Warm up with a 500-meter row and a barbell cycle. Work your way up to the desired weight for the workout. The row should take you less than a minute each round with the barbell work taking roughly double the time. If the weight is too light or too heavy, scale accordingly to your needs.
Why: Find a better test of strength, technique and focus than the clean and jerk or snatch. It’s ok, we’ll wait.
Workout Tips: Break up the clean and jerks into singles so you can set up properly and waste less energy.
Suggested Time: 15 minutes or less.
