25 Dumbbell Push Press (20/10lbs)
*If you can’t do double unders yet, perform single unders in a 3:1 ratio. Ex. 75 singles instead of 25 doubles.
Why: Classic boxing style of workout. Pick up a rope and start hopping. Anything to fight the comfort and the calling of the chairs at the hall. Mix in some shadow boxing if you choose but be sure to get up and move.
