Tire Flips
*Perform the row, fan bike, pull ups and tire flips one after the other. Ex. 5 Cal Row, 5 Cal Bike, 3 Strict Pull Ups, 3 Tire Flips and then move on to the round of 10 reps. The Strict Pull Ups and Tire Flips will always be 3 reps for the entirety of the workout. The row and bike will ascend and descend.
Why: This is an equipment heavy workout. If you don’t have access to what you need, check out the scaling substitutions or get creative. Remember, solutions not excuses.
