Dumbbell Bicep Curls
*Can be done with a high-rise pack, irons, in clean bunker gear and with SCBA if desired. The high-rise pack can be a squat on one shoulder to a press over head to the other shoulder. Place high-rise pack on the shoulder or over SCBA for the lunges. Can use the irons or just a halligan for the curls if no dumbbells available.
Why: Gym equipment or not, there is always a solution. You are only limited by your imagination. Look around you at everything that you can use rather than the things you don’t have access to. Be creative and get going.
