150 Double Unders
Straight into 5 Rounds of:
10 Deadlifts (135/95lbs)
10 Squat Cleans (135/95lbs)
10 Push Jerks (135/95lbs)
then
Finish with 150 Double unders
*150 double unders to spike your heart rate leading directly into some barbell work. Scale the barbell work as needed. It’s 50 reps of each movement and will add up quickly. You may not be able to cycle through without dropping but that’s the point.
Why: When we become comfortable with the uncomfortable, we set ourselves free. The mundane isn’t so mundane. The hard things are almost laughable. And you know what you are capable of.
