*A straight forward couplet today. Wall balls and rowing. Push the pace on the row, break up the wall balls how you need and rest 5-15 seconds during the transition between movements. That game plan should allow you to score a good time and to continue moving with minimal rest.
Why: No thinking or a ton of prep for this one. No hesitation either, just set up the rower, grab a wall ball, extinguish excuses. You have made it this far, why would you stop now?
