*You and your partner can work off each other as you go back and forth. This is also a great opportunity to improve one another’s technique. Don’t be afraid to take a second out of the workout to cue your partner in order to improve their efficiency. You are only as strong as your weakest link, we are in this together.
Why: Make this work out for quality if you are struggling with your technique. Use the resources you have such as a cell phone to highlight what you are seeing your partner do in their movements. Iron sharpens iron.
