Chipper for Time:
50 Walking Lunges with a 45lb plate
40 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches from hang position
60 Burpees
40 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches from hang position
50 Walking Lunges with a 45lb plate
*Sub the snatches for hang clean and jerks or sandbag cleans if you want a different stimulus from workout 71.
Why: There’s nothing better than setting up a workout race with a buddy. Set up a dumbbell and plate each and have a friendly competition. Burpees are always a little better when your buddy is suffering too.
Suggested Time: 25 minutes or less
