5 Double Unders

2 Squat Clean

10 Double Unders

3 Squat Cleans

15 Double Unders

And so on.

*Add 1 squat clean and 5 double unders each round until time runs out. Make sure you are ready and warm for this as the 12 minutes will fly by.

Why: Our job provides a unique pressure when it comes to time constraints. We need to act quickly but in good form or we won’t last. No difference here. Focus on the task at hand and move with pace.
