Minute 1: Box Jump (24/20 inches)
Minute 2: Kettlebell Swings (53/35lbs)
Minute 3: Row/Bike Calories
Minute 4: Goblet Squats (53/35lbs)
Minute 5: Rest
*Use a kettlebell for the goblet squats if you don’t have access to dumbbells for the day. Pick a rep scheme you would like to hit for each minute and try to hold that goal or beat it for the entire workout.
