With your partner, complete:

200 Ground to over the shoulder Heavy Ball Cleans (125lbs)

*Set up over the ball and get nice and close. You want to think about wrapping around the ball instead of reaching for it like a barbell. Get the ball to your waste and reset your hands with the ball resting on your legs. Use your legs to drive the heavy ball up and over your shoulder. Do not try to muscle it.

Why: Imagine the awkward heavy ball is a downed firefighter who may not be packaged how we are taught in training. Get used to moving odd objects and prepare for the unknown.

Suggested Time: 25 minutes or less
