Workout 64

At the start of every minute, perform 4 burpees. In the remainder of each minute, you will chip away at the following work:

20 Thrusters

20 Hang Power Cleans

20 Push Jerks

20 Overhead Squats

*Use a barbell loaded to 135/95lbs. Feel free to modify this workout and use dumbbells or a heavy sandbag. Sub the burpees for a box jump or something else if you want to switch things up.

Why: How many tools do we use that resemble a barbell in some way? Irons, pike pole, roof hook, sledge hammer and so on. Train your hands for war and always be ready for the next fight.
