*Pacing will play a large role in a workout with this many reps. After you complete the first 2 rounds the hardest part is done. At that point, the important thing is to keep moving and take short rests between movements.

Why: Often times we need something quick to fit into our day. Every so often, we have that slow down where we can get something in that’s a little longer. Give this one a try when you have the time.
