8 Rounds of:

25 Sledgehammer Strikes (200 total)

High Plank Hold on Rings (Held while partner works)

*For this partner workout, each person needs to complete 200 hammer strikes. We have broken up the work into rounds to maintain a ratio that allows for brief rest between movements and continuous work.

As always, hammer strikes can only be completed while partner holds the plank.

Why: Grab the sledge of the truck and get to work. If you don’t have a tire to hit, find a piece of earth that you won’t mind smashing up or swap the strikes with ball slams. Swing for the fences, so that door is nothing.
