Rest fully and as needed after effort.

Perform 2 minutes’ max effort for calories.

Rest fully and as needed after effort.

Perform 1 minute max effort for calories.

Rest fully and as needed after effort.

Perform 3 minutes’ max effort for calories.

Rest fully and as needed after effort.

Perform 2 minutes’ max effort for calories.

Rest fully and as needed after effort.

Perform 1 minute max effort for calories.

Why: This one is going to hurt. If at work, make max effort 80%. Think about a combination between max effort and max efficiency to rack up as many calories as possible throughout.
