5 Rounds of:

10 Thrusters (95/65lbs)

10 Bar Facing Burpees

*100 reps total, 50 of each movement. The weight should be light enough that you can go through each round without putting the barbell down. The rest is just gross. That being said, it will be over before you know it with this quick couplet. If you find yourself dropping the barbell, you have gone too heavy for the workout.

Why: The most recurring excuse we hear is that there isn’t enough time. This is one more solution to your problem. Get a 5-minute warmup in and be done your workout 10 minutes or less later.
