2000 Meter Row
At a light pace, you can get this done in 10 minutes. A 2 minute 500-meter pace will net you an 8-minute time completion. You might be able to pull 500 meters in 1 minute and 30 seconds, but can you do that for 2000 meters?
Although this is a simple workout in premise, there is a little more to it. Consistency is king no matter how you choose to approach this.
Why: This is an easy to perform test that you can use year after year to see how your fitness stacks up. Can you get to the point where you are consistently finish this in 6:45? It will require work, but you can do it.
