10 Pull Ups

10 Dumbbell Bicep Curls (45/25lbs)

* Use the row and pull ups to elevate your heart rate. Slow things down with the presses and curls. Have some fun with this one. Add in other muscle isolation exercises if you choose to.

Why: It’s one thing to move well and be fit for duty, but we also want to look our best. Let’s not kid ourselves here. It’s ok to just work the show muscles from time to time.
