2k Push Up Challenge
Workout 38
2000-meter row with pushups every 2 minutes.
Set your rower for a 2000m countdown. Set a timer alongside with 2 minute repeats. Start on the rower and every time the timer reaches 2 minutes, perform 15 pushups.
* To get this done in 4 cycles, you will need to row a 1:45/500m pace at minimum and transition to your pushups quickly. If that is not attainable, think about finishing this in 5 or 6 cycles.
Why: Someone is always counting on us to meet their demands. Seconds do count, and they will count in this workout as well.
