5 Rounds
(In Clean Bunker Gear. SCBA Optional)
1 Length of the bay floor and back of a crawling dummy drag or heavy hose drag
20 Air Squats
20 Push Ups
*If doing the workout with a partner, make it 10 rounds and lower the reps for the air squats and push-ups to 15. You will get a rest period every time your partner drags you across the bay floor. Partner who drags switches each round and is not done in the crawling position.
Why: Can you drag your partner out of a dangerous situation if needed? Can they drag you? This workout will help to answer that question and get you better prepared.
Workout Tips: Incorporate an SCBA conversion or different types of drags.
Suggested time: 30 minutes or less.
