* Can you do 7 rounds or more before time runs out? It will be a sprint but before you know it, 7 minutes will have come and gone.

Why: Let’s replicate that first in truck feeling where the second due is a couple minutes away. There’s work to do and it’s all on you. Get to it.

Tips: Set everything up in close proximity to allow quick transitions. Be cautious of going for broke on shift.
