50 Double Unders

40 Reverse Lunges

30 Sit Ups

20 Burpees

10 Strict Pull Ups

* This is a bodyweight workout with limited equipment needed. Add a weight vest if you would like to up the intensity. Sub the double unders for jumping jacks if no rope available. Sub odd object row or wall walks for pull ups if no bar available.

Why: Don’t have any equipment? Forgot your training shoes? You don’t need any of it for this workout. Stop making excuses and start working.
