Burpee pull ups can only be completed while a plank is held.
* Alternate the plank variations when you switch with your partner to avoid burnout.
Why: Open up lines of communication and figure out how you are going to complete a difficult task together. Hold each other accountable and don’t quit.
Tips: Break the working sets up with your partner in order to be more efficient. Ex. 5 burpee pull ups and switch.
