For Time

10 Rounds

5 Burpees

10 Mountain Climbers

15 Air Squats

20 Lunges (10 per leg)

*Add a weight vest or SCBA to increase difficulty if desired.

Scaling: Reduce the rounds of the workout to 5 and gradually add rounds each time you attempt this. Add a 6th round if you feel like you have more to give and so on.

Buy in: Everyone can do this workout. Grab your crew and leave your excuses. Get moving!

Workout Tips: Keep track of your time for each round and try to maintain and moderate pace that allows you to minimize rest.
