10 Minute Partner AMRAP
Partner 1: Hold a high plank on low rings or TRX (dynamic stabilization)
Partner 2: Perform a heavy Dumbbell farmers carry the length of the bay and back.
* If no dumbbells available, use kettlebells, foam pails, apartment packs or anything else that is heavy.
Why?: Let’s isolate the core with the plank and then challenge it once more with a heavy carry forcing the core to engage again as you move with pace and a shifting load.
Tips: Watch the transition time between movements. Get in a plank quick and grab those dumbbells with purpose.
