Partner workout in 7 minutes:
Partner 1: Kettlebell Swings (53/35lbs)
Partner 2: Plank
Partner 1 may only do kettlebell swings while partner 2 holds a plank. Switch with your partner when you feel it is necessary.
*Write down your total kettlebell swings on the next page and add this challenge to your station white board in the gym for other shifts to challenge.
Workout Tips: 7 minutes isn’t a ton of time. Make a plan with your partner beforehand so everyone is on the same page. Your transition time will be crucial in squeezing out as many reps as possible.
