*The farmers carry can be subbed with a sled push/pull, odd object carry or firefighter tool carry such as foam pails or hose packs.

Why: Incorporate more workouts that are directly related to what you will do on the fire ground. More drags and pushes. More heavy carries. More movement in general. The minimum requirements won’t cut it.

Suggested Time: 20 minutes or less.
