Partner Workout for 20 minutes:

Partner 1: Fan Bike at 75 rpm for 1 minute. This RPM (revolutions per minute) may change depending on the bike, but it should be a good push, something that is hard for 1 minute.

Partner 2: Burpees (as many as possible)

*Grab a partner and set up the fan bike. You want to set up the timer for one minute intervals. You will switch with your partner every minute. The total time for this workout will be 20 minutes. The goal is to maintain 75 rpm on the fan bike for the entirety. Your score is the total number of burpees completed.

Why: Setting a specific rpm or wattage to stick with is a great way to see how consistent you are on the bike or rower. Having measurable data can show you if you are making progress or need to step things up.
