100 Calories on the Fan Bike
After every 10 Calories on the bike you will perform:
10 Push Ups
10 Air Squats
10 Ring Rows
*The total workout is 100 reps of fan bike calories, push-ups, squats and ring rows. If you want a different spin on this workout, perform 100 reps of each in a row chipper style.
