500 Meter Row

30 Front Squats (135/95lbs)

30 Clean and Jerks (115/75lbs)

30 Snatches (95/65lbs)

500 Meter Row

*Technique will be crucial for this workout. Be mindful of keeping an engaged core throughout each movement especially when you are a couple reps into the cleans. Do this work out for time or for quality but make sure you get it done.

Why: The barbell is your friend. It will never let you down. It will always be there to help you feel good, get through tough times or even humble you. This is therapy time, use it.
