20 Minute EMOM

Every minute on the minute perform 14-18 calories on the machine of your choice:  This calorie number may vary depending on what machine you have, but the idea is to keep it consistent.

Fan Bike

Rower

Ski Erg

Treadmill

Etc.

*If no access to a machine, perform sprints of about 25 meters in length. You want to be pushing the calories so that after 20 minutes you are still able to maintain your calorie choice.

Why: No warm up or prep needed. Use the first round or two as your warm up and the calories at the start will be more than manageable. By the end, you will be ready for something more or happy you got up and moved.
