*The key to getting the best of this workout is continued movement. Although the numbers may look daunting, chip away in smaller numbers. Ex. 10 snatches followed by 5 seconds of rest and so on. Set the tempo, meet the challenge and set the standard going forward.
Why: The rookie year feels like a grind. Always on your toes, the first to action and being a little uncomfortable. Your comfort level may change but your work ethic shouldn’t. Never forget where you came from.
