100 Step Ups
Perform the step ups with an SCBA and 30lb dumbbells. (Clean bunker gear optional).
Every minute on the minute, perform 5 Dumbbell Power Clean and Jerks.
*Start the workout with 5 Dumbbell Clean and Jerks before starting your step ups. Don’t have a box? Do this on a set of steps or stair climber and double the steps to 200.
Why: Many times, on calls there is work to be done before the actual work that needs to be done, gets done. Following? This will replicate those steps it takes necessary to actually get the job started.
