Bear Crawl

Hose Drag/Sled Drag/Sled Push

Walking Lunges

The distance for each movement will be the length of the bay floor and back or around 50 meters. The workout can be done in clean bunker gear.

*The weight of the sled drag/push will be up to you. For this workout, the goal is to have a light resistance with the sled so that you are sprinting throughout.

Why: Think speed for this workout. You can pull a line or make your way to the door for entry, but can you do it with speed? This is where it starts. Get your reps in here then take it to the training grounds.
