100 Thrusters for time*
Perform 4 burpees on the minute every minute.
Solo: Pick a weight such as 95lbs with a barbell or 40lb dumbbells and get it done.
Crew Option: Lay out several dumbbell options such as 45’s, 35’s, 25’s and 10’s depending on your crew. After each burpee interval, the person in the lead (has the most thrusters completed) will take the heaviest dumbbells.
Why: The heavier load will slow the high performers while challenging the crew to go faster and force the intensity with the lighter weight. It will get the whole crew involved regardless of fitness level.
