Don’t think about the task at hand, just do it. Is this a flashy workout? No. Is it necessary to challenge ourselves and try new things? Yes.
No treadmill? If it’s raining, wear a coat. If it’s hot, put on some sunscreen and shades. Snowing? Cramp-ons/cleats. There will always be an excuse or an easy out. There will always be a solution if you look for it as well.
Why: Running has to be one of the most accessible activities available. The amount of us that choose not to run or incorporate it into our fitness regimes is laughable. Let’s pull up our socks, tie up the runners and get to it.
Suggested time: 25 minutes or less.
