100 Hang Power Cleans (135/95lbs)

Every time you drop the barbell to rest, perform 15 burpees.

* We don’t recommend going for this in one shot. Break this up into 4 or 5 rounds in order to avoid doing more burpees. If you do this with a partner, increase the cleans to 150 reps and every time you switch, you both do burpees.

Why: At this point, do you still need a reason? You have a task to perform, get it done.

Workout Tips: Scale the weight to ensure you are not doing more than 100 burpees. Aim for 60-75 or less.
