EMOM 25

Minute 1 – Kettlebell Snatch

Minute 2 – Pull Ups

Minute 3 – Battle Rope/Hose Slams

Minute 4 – Calories on Rower/Bike or Burpees

Minute 5 – Rest

*Work for 45-50 seconds of the minute and use the remainder to transition to the next station. Set a number of reps for each minute and try to hit that mark each round.
