100 Devil Presses (50/30lbs)

With or without SCBA/Weighted vest

This full body workout can be as tough as you want it to be or drawn out. Busy hall? Try 10 reps after each call and complete it over the day or commit to 50 reps in the morning and 50 reps in the afternoon. Find a way to extinguish the excuses.

* A Devil Press is a push up on dumbbells followed by a double dumbbell snatch. That is one rep.

Why: Is there a movement on the fire ground that focuses on muscle isolation? Start using each piece of your body as one machine.

Tips: Pick a weight that you can minimize breaks with and complete. Start lighter knowing you can re-do this work out later on.
