Prowler Plate Pyramid Workout

Start with one 45lb plate on a sled and push it out and back – 1 hose length or 45 feet approximately. When you get back to the start, your partner will go. Once everyone in your crew has gone, add another plate. Once your crew gets to the point where they can no longer push the sled, start removing one plate at a time. Do this until the sled is empty.

*If no sled/prowler is available, you can perform a weighted hose drag or load multiple plates up for plate pushes.

Why: The more people involved will yield a longer rest period. This will be a burner but shouldn’t leave you on your back at the end of it.

Workout tip: Be mindful of keeping your knees in line with your feet as you push.

Suggested time: 45 minutes or less.
