Don clean bunker gear and SCBA
High rise kit sprint around the hall (250m)
50 Sledgehammer Strikes
40 Step Ups
Bear crawl 4 lengths of the bay floor
Plate push 2 lengths of the bay floor
30 Lunges
20 Burpees
10 Push Ups
*Although this workout says for time, it can also be performed for completion. Everyone starts somewhere and the goal is to move, remember that if trying to convince a crew member to join in.
