5000 Meter Row

Get on the rower and start. Don’t think about the task at hand, just do it. Is this a flashy workout? No. Is it necessary to challenge ourselves and try new things? Yes. Take breaks as needed or power through to the end. This is a mental challenge more than physical one.

*If a rower is not available, perform a 7km run or 20km bike.

Why: The percentage of people who have rowed 5km is small. It takes discipline to do what others won’t.

Workout Tips: If this is your first 5km row, pick a steady pace and aim for completion, not time.

Suggested time: 28 minutes or less.
