75 Dumbbell Squat Cleans (40/25lbs)

Spend 5 – 10 minutes warming up your squat and squat clean. If you pick the right weight you should be able to rip through this in 10 minutes. That’s a total of 15 – 20 minutes of gym time. No excuses on getting this one done at a busy hall or not.

*If dumbbells are not available, sub for a barbell (95/65lbs) or sandbag (80/50lbs).

Why: Keep this one in your back pocket whenever the thought of not having time runs through your mind. Extinguish your excuses now.

Workout Tips: Pick a manageable amount of reps to break this up in order to not crash and burn early.

Suggested time: 15 minutes or less.
