*There are 3 stations, Burpee Pull Ups, KB Swings and Rest. Rotate through each station until the 10 rounds are complete. The rate at which you work will depend on the person in front of you. This will force the team to continuously push through the 10 rounds. When the person in front of you finishes a movement, you move on as well.
Why: You are only as efficient as the person next to you. Push each other to be better and become a more capable team.
Workout Tips: If more firefighters want to be involved, add another movement such as lunges or set up another station of the original WOD.
